You should always book the whole retreat with all sessions. All components of Yoga need each other.
Contact us if you would just like to join just for the morning practice (Pranayama and Mysore Style) or so. Sometimes we have extra space.

Choose Accommodation Type

All options include three meals per day.

• Accommodation and food will be billed separately by the seminar house.
• There are single, double, triple and quad rooms – all options depend on availability
• Don’t worry about sharing room with someone else. All beds are separate and the rooms very spacious, especially the triple and quadruple rooms.
